2. What we collect

This website has no forms, accounts or sign-ups, and we do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. We only receive personal data in two ways:

• When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you choose to share, typically your name, phone number, email address, property address and details or photos of the work you need.
• Technical data: when you load the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the visit. These are used for security and to keep the site running.

3. How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
• To arrange, carry out and follow up on landscaping, maintenance and related work.
• To issue invoices and keep business and tax records.
• To keep this website secure and working properly.

We rely on your consent when you contact us, on the need to perform a contract or take steps at your request before entering one, and on our legal obligations (for example, record-keeping). We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing without your permission.

4. Who we share it with

We only share personal data where necessary, with:

• Service providers that we use to run the business and website, including WhatsApp (Meta), our email provider and our website host (Vercel). These providers may store data on servers outside the UAE, protected by their own security and privacy commitments.
• Authorities where we are required to by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to provide any work you ask for. Records linked to contracts and invoices are kept for as long as UAE law requires. Server logs are kept by our host for a short period and then deleted.

6. Keeping it secure

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Only people who need your details to do their job can see them.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPL you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data, where we no longer need to keep it;
• restrict or stop certain uses of your data;
• withdraw consent you have given us at any time.

8. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
